We have stopped playing as we have moved but wanted to thank everyone for the years of great fun playing hockey and the late- night snacks afterwards.

Take it easy,

Mike and Rhonda

Welcome to the WOAP Hockey League

This is a league where anyone can play, as long as they can stand the other people playing. Actually, if you can stand, you can play in this league. It's kinda like Calvin Ball. There are very few rules and we will change those at any time we feel like it. There will be no keeping of time (when we get kicked off the ice is usually the end of our ice time), no penalties (except when you want to take a rest), no scores, & absolutely no having fun.

Game Play

Now that we're pros, we'll start to scrimmage as soon as possible. You will either shoot on a goalie or targets. Off sides will be in effect (kinda).

It'll be pretty neat because we have only a small amount of people playing, you can get as much ice-time as you want. You can work on your skills or just go out to have fun.

Who Can Play

All friends and family are welcome who would enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. I guess the only stipulations would be the following restrictions:

Cost and Number of Games

The cost is $15 per game for each player or $165 for the year (12 games).

Equipment

The following equipment is mandatory for safety reasons:

Rink & Dressing Rooms

Look on the board for our dressing rooms. Lowest dressing room number is for the guys and the higher dressing room number is for the women.

Note that if you are the first person to arrive, keys for the rooms are obtained from the office.

Signup

There is a new (2017) voluntary signup for each game. This will allow everyone to get an idea of how many players there will be coming. This is found at the following site:

https://teamup.com/ks3vh4pffewdu1o84f (Note: Do not use the Teamup app, just go to the website.)

When you go to the site, click on the Saturday timeslot (preferably on the Thursday of that week) to signup. You can view the number of players signed up by checking on the Friday night. You don’t have to put your email information, just your name.
